I am very happy with the results in adding New Vinyl to my house and upgrading my porch. The team addressed all my concerns timely and to my satisfaction. Thank you for that!! We never have to paint again! It looks like a brand new house!! Great work!!

Disappointing experience. While they have great reviews that boast of timely work and excellent communication, this wasn’t my experience. To get any updates on my project, I had to reach out. They didn’t let me know what was going on or when I could expect workers to be there despite asking for a schedule of when work would be completed so I could plan around it. My siding project took 4 weeks because they missed days, came late, and sent a tiny crew of 1-2 people most days. The workers left nails all over my walkway and steps instead of cleaning up at the end of each day. They did not properly tyvek my house after removing my wood shingles to protect against rain, and they installed the siding with no insulation underneath, so I expect my heating bills to go up dramatically this winter. The office speaks some English but not a lot, and the workers don’t speak any, so good luck getting your questions answered or concerns addressed. The finished work looks good, but it was a stressful and disappointing process to get here. I wish I had sprung for a more expensive company that operates like professionals and treats your home with respect. I don’t recommend this company.

Guimauto is an excellent construction company. I am extremely pleased with the siding job done for me, work was done in a timely manner. Workers were knowledgeable and extremely courteous, I would highly recommend this company as they deliver quality results.

All around wonderful experience. After receiving quotes for new siding from a few other companies, I felt confident going with Guimauto from start to finish. From communication, efficiency, and craftsmanship, Guimauto checks all the boxes. Any questions or issues I had were handled promptly and thoroughly. I would gladly recommend Guimauto to others, and will absolutely be contacting them for other projects down the line. Super nice team, and super great work!
