Andre Kuhn's name runs through most of the reviews, and the work behind them is largely the same: pulling out tired decking and porch framing and rebuilding it. The company's own site describes a Hudson, Massachusetts general contractor doing residential remodeling, additions, decks and home improvement. The written history runs 2022 through 2026 on Google and Angi, and the deck accounts in it are specific. In a 2022 review, a homeowner whose deck boards had gone soft after about twenty years took three bids and chose Andre. A February 2023 customer wanted multiple access points underneath a deck built around a hot tub, and wrote that it looks as if they aren't there. In a March 2025 review, a homeowner swapping an old wood deck for Trex described being kept informed about scheduling and having the problems found during the teardown explained. The recent jobs are larger. A June 2026 review describes a deck and screened porch rebuilt over three months, with footing work and joist repair along the way, and in August 2026 a customer described a full kitchen and dining room gut renovation together with a complete bathroom rebuild. Earlier work reaches indoors and out: a basement room finished with new outlets and recessed lighting in a 2024 review, all the windows and siding replaced on a house and garage in 2023, and a house painted that same year. Price comes up often, and in the same shape each time. Its profiles disagree about tenure: HomeAdvisor's says 22 years in business, while BuildZoom counts 35 permitted projects over about nine years — worth asking which span covers your kind of job. For a deck rebuild, a porch that needs to come down to the footings, or a porch you want turned into a four-season room, this is a straightforward call. Get the schedule in writing, and agree up front on how rot or bad framing found under the old boards gets priced.
