H-CON

H-CON is a Connecticut foundation company; its website says it has served Connecticut and Massachusetts for 20+ years with repair work for crumbling foundations, and offers free estimates. The state registry shows its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0625700, as active, held by H-CON. The website also lists HIC 201808. Google shows 4.7 stars from 17 ratings. In an August 2026 Google review, a customer wrote that H-CON handled their foundation replacement, that Nick lifted the house and made quick work of the job, and that the pricing was good. Another August 2026 reviewer wrote that Nicholas replaced their entire foundation quickly for a very reasonable price, finishing sooner than they expected. In an April 2023 review, Wayne and Denise Rioux of Ellington wrote that after their Crumbling Foundation application was approved they chose HCONN, and that owner Nick Hany suggested waiting until spring rather than starting in November because of the cold. According to the review, HCONN arrived in March 2021, protected their irrigation system and in-ground pool, and Nick saw to it that a 40-foot RV in the backyard had water, electricity, sewer and cable connected. The review says they were back in their home in just under 10 weeks. In a September 2023 review, a customer wrote that a fiberglass-panel foundation another company installed in 2020 had leaked ever since, and that Nick and his crew found many issues with the original install and fixed them all, leaving them leak free at the time of the review. In a January 2023 review, a customer wrote that Nick and Krista walked them through every step of their foundation replacement and that everything was done on or ahead of schedule.
