We have been going through the building process down in Chamberlain Maine. Hagar enterprises has been fantastic! Seth has been so accommodating and the drivers were so friendly. Casey and others working in the office went out of their way to make sure the material was delivered in a timely fashion. During this stressful build, Hagar Enterprises shined. I highly recommend Hagar Enterprises.
Failed to deliver 18 yards of dirt after being scheduled a week ahead and communicated multiple times that I had equipment rental that was scheduled for this delivery. The day of delivery they said all their trucks were tied up with DOT deliveries. After talking to their supervisor, they said they would clear up a truck at the end of the day to deliver the dirt in the afternoon. I called at 3pm and they said they would call me when they were coming. I called at 4:20 and no one picked up until they closed at 4:30. No dirt. No call. No customer service. No understanding or consideration for other people’s schedules. At least they could have called a day before to let me know that they could not deliver to me so I could cancel the rental.
NEED to slow down and pay more attention to the road! Huge tractor trailer came through construction zone WAY to fast. He hit the shoulder on sharp corner and lost control! He was trying to slow down and keep from rolling it and keep from plowing through all of us stopped for the construction sign. But if he wasn't speeding this could have been prevented.
Paul and his crew are very professional, fair and do great work!
