On Google it holds 4.4 stars from 19 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer said the company worked on their driveway and fixed some concrete sidewalk, and left everything clean and tidy. A recent customer who had a driveway repaved said Rich and Joe offered suggestions and advice. A 2025 customer said the company replaced their entire driveway and sidewalk. A 2024 customer said Rich drew up a quote for a basketball area at EastGate Condominiums where the pavement was in bad condition, and started right away once the board approved it. A 2024 customer said Rich came within a day to quote an emergency repair on a commercial property's driveway that was developing a sinkhole. A 2024 customer said the company restored their gravel driveway after addressing concerns the customer had not considered. A 2021 customer said the company removed a 35+ year old asphalt driveway, laid a new base and paved new asphalt, at a quote more reasonable than the other regional companies they contacted. A 2026 customer said they hired the company to stop their cars scraping at the top of the driveway, and that after the repave the cars scraped even more. That 2026 customer said later visits brought three plastic speed bumps, then added pavement and a partial repave that ended up basically the same, and that in April 2026 Joe called to say there was nothing more they could do. The same 2026 customer wrote that after posting the review, a text from Joe said: "It’ll all come back to you at the end, watch what happens, bad people get what they get coming." A 2025 customer said a repave, widening and garage drain done maybe 6-7 years earlier left water pooling in front of the garage, and that water has seeped in enough to crack the garage floor. That 2025 customer said they called about the puddles soon after the work, and that after multiple calls and messages, the company never came.
