In short, honest and professional. Good price, no surprise extra cost. I requested a quote to replace hot water tank and a bunch of questions. Kyle replied all very quickly plus extra info I didn't know. I pick him for his good price plus his knowledge. Him and a coworker Mike, showed up on time. Nothing to complain, didn't up sell anything I don't need. Everything as quoted.
