Chris at CSB Plumbing Co. answers the phone when other plumbers don't. A July 2026 Google reviewer said he was the only plumber to respond at 5 pm on the Friday before July 4th, and came the morning of the holiday to deal with a leak under a kitchen sink. In a July 2025 review, a customer who called about a broken water heater around 10 PM said Chris called back first thing, bought and installed a new heater and fixed the leak within two hours. The Tewksbury company holds a 4.9 from 90 Google ratings and an A+ from BBB as an accredited business. It says it started in 2017 and describes itself as family-owned, serving Tewksbury to Lowell; its site lists licence MP-16696. Water heaters come up most. Reviews from July and August 2025 describe replacements for customers in Tewksbury, Wilmington, Malden and Leominster, and a Haverhill customer said several companies could not come for three or four days while Chris started right away. The bigger jobs are older houses: in a January 2025 review, a homeowner with a catastrophic sewer line failure in an 1890 house said Chris replaced all the old piping in the basement at a reasonable price. A February 2026 customer said he stayed with a very old boiler, made two trips to suppliers for parts and did not leave until 7 pm when it ran. One December 2025 Google review gave two stars, citing excessive cost and time to do the job.
