Zeke Heating and Cooling

On the eve of the coldest night in recent history, I began smelling electrical burning coming from all of my forced hot air vents. Given the extreme weather and the fact that it was a Friday night, I started preparing to take my family to a hotel while worrying about the safety of our home and the potential for frozen pipes and additional damage. I began calling for emergency HVAC services, but most companies either didn’t answer or weren’t available. Even though Zeke Heating and Cooling was farther away than some local companies, I decided to call after striking out elsewhere. I immediately received a call back from Jake, which was a huge relief. Within an hour, Jake was on site diagnosing the issue. He identified the problem and, despite it being late on a Friday evening, tried to locate replacement parts. When nothing was available, he came up with a temporary solution to safely get my family through the night with heat. He promised to return the next morning with the necessary parts—and he absolutely delivered on that promise. Jake was back first thing the next day, and within an hour the issue was fully resolved. We haven’t had any problems since. I can’t recommend Zeke Heating and Cooling and Jake enough for their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. When it mattered most, they showed up.
