I recently had Handy Heroes do exterior repairs on my house. The work was done well and fairly priced. The owner, Bob, is not only very competent and professional, he's also a great guy. Separate from the contracted work, he noticed that one corner of my deck, which is 7 feet above the ground, was slipping out of a notch on its support post due to ground shift over time. A disaster waiting to happen. He was able to knock the post back into place and secure the deck with lag bolts. He did this as a favor even though I offered to pay. Who's better than Bob?

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Pyle unexpectedly today under unusual circumstances. In a nervous wreck to drop our son off at daycare with my wife for the first time, I accidentally left my wallet in the parking lot. To my surprise, Robert not only found it but went out of his way to drive it back to our house and waited for us to retrieve it. Robert’s kindness and patience left a lasting impression on us. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine, understanding, and generous—especially given his own busy life as a father of three. He wouldn’t even accept any form of compensation, despite my insistence. If his character is any indication of the level of service he provides, I can confidently say he’s exceptional. My wife and I would not only recommend him wholeheartedly but also trust him with our own business. Robert is truly top-notch, and I guarantee his work is just as flawless as his integrity.

Robert was extremely professional, clean, pleasant and knowledgeable. He installed a retractable door that we weren’t able to do ourselves due to our door frame size and shape. He was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, brought all the equipment and supplies and quoted us with a contract. His price was exactly in our budget and we are so happy with the job.
