The 24-hour emergency line is what most of the accounts are about. The same names keep coming up. Sara in the office is credited over and over for getting people scheduled under pressure — one July 2026 customer said she explained things their previous AC company never had. Rael is the technician customers name: a July 2026 customer pointed out that he works in a hard-to-reach spot and puts everything back where it was. In October 2025, after other companies either could not find the root cause or would not help a non-customer, a homeowner called at 2pm, had Lance there by 6pm, parts on order, and the repair finished the next morning. A January 2026 reviewer said parts were half-done and nobody came back. A November 2025 customer said the technician never showed on the scheduled day and that calls looking for payment came at 9pm that night. The Better Business Bureau grades the company C and shows one complaint on file, against a 4.8-star average across 407 Google ratings. Other customers report the opposite on price: an April 2026 reviewer said there were no pushy sales or upselling, a March 2026 customer called the price reasonable, and a March 2025 customer accepted a slight premium for the materials used. For a boiler or furnace that quits at the wrong hour — a holiday, a Friday night, the middle of a cold snap — this is a company that answers the phone and gets someone out. Confirm the trip charge and the diagnostic fee before the truck rolls, and get the part price in writing before it goes in: that is where the unhappy customers ended up.
