A 2025 customer said their air conditioning died and that the tech, David, diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. That 2025 customer said they spoke to Suzanne, who kept them informed about the tech's schedule all day. A 2025 customer who had rated the company highly five years earlier said the technician who came in February was rude, and that they had to call another company for two service calls to clean up the mess. That 2025 customer also cited an inability to properly test and tune their boiler. A 2023 customer said the service was good but called the oil prices outrageous. My air-conditioning died yesterday, called McKee this morning and spoke to Suzanne, she couldn't have been nicer, kept me informed about the techs schedule all day, the tech David arrived and diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. We have the air back and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend .
I reviewed this company 5 years ago and rated them highly. That rating was spot on at the time. the service at that time was impecible. The previously reviewed technician no longer works for McKee. The technician that came to our home in February was not only rude, We had to call another company that has done two service calls to clean up the mess that ensued. We we will need a third service call and repair because of the poor service and an inability to properly test and tune our boiler. No matter what the review on Angie's list is, DO NOT USE Mckee oil for service
Service is good but oil prices are outrages. Thinking I will be leaving after this year.
The employees drive like maniacs, 45 in a 25, cutting people off
