The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was professional and we agreed on the price which was good. The day they came over to do it I was at work , the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone said it was no problem he knew exactly what to do ( topping the tree bringing to the height of the gutter on my roof). He told his men then left them there to go look at another job. His men shaved my tree up from the bottom to the gutter on my roof destroying my tree, when my wife came out of the house to check on them she told them to stop that they were supposed to top the tree . That is when she found out they did not speak English and when I got home and saw the tree I got in touch with the gentleman that was in charge of the crew and and found out that he does not speak there language and thought they had understood him. Needless to say my tree of 26 years is probably going to die which the company told me they would cut it down for free if it dies .

Yes, I recommend this pro. Our tree removal work was scheduled to happen in 6 days. We had one large tree that was partially uprooted and leaning dangerously close to our home. With a large storm forecast to happen in two days, I called Bryan Connolly, the Hansen Tree Manager, and asked if it would possible to have this one tree removed early before the storm. Bryan responded immediately, sent the crew out that afternoon and cut down the very dangerous tree. He said the crew would be back as scheduled in six days to finish the job. Tremendously impressed by Bryan's response. I highly recommend Hansen Tree. Bryan is great to deal with. Provided great service when we very much needed it.
