One customer had the electrical service upgraded and the panel moved to the other side of the house to bring it up to code and make room for an addition. After old knob and tube wiring turned up, Rick came out to rewire an upstairs bedroom that had lost power and got the power back on. Mason replaced a power line ripped off one house and fixed that customer's generator at no charge. For a customer whose outside wires were pulling away from the house, Tiffany scheduled the work and got Mason there Monday afternoon. Matt left one household fresh eggs from the owner's farm. Rick told one customer that a wishlist project was not practical for their budget and gave a quote for a different project without pressure. That customer also said the work was not cheap. A 2026 customer said Mason helped map out a phased approach for an urgent panel upgrade ahead of a new heating system and a planned addition. That 2026 customer also said their construction company has since used Harwinton Electric on multiple customer projects. A 2025 customer said Mason explained code, had the required hardwired fire and carbon monoxide detectors on his truck, and replaced four outside lights. A 2026 customer called the job decent but was not a fan of how some things were left in the house for the amount paid.
