Healthy Fresh Air

Basement odors, excess humidity and indoor air quality are the problems Healthy Fresh Air says it addresses on Cape Cod. The Orleans business describes mold inspection, assessment and remediation alongside indoor air purification, with Frank M. Zelinski running the company. Its website says it installs basement and crawl space ventilation, ERV/HRV air exchange and air purification systems. Zelinski says he has been in business since 1960, with experience providing remodeling, waterproofing, radon mitigation, mold remediation and painting services. The site describes him as a certified Mold Inspector, Mold Remediator and Mold Assessor, an IAQ Oxidation Specialist, and a NORMI member and approved instructor in New York. These are the company’s own credential claims. In a June 2022 Google review, a customer said Frank’s air purification product was effective at combating cat odor. Google publishes a five-star rating from one rating.
