I've used Pest Pros for mice control for years and they're great at that but it was a recent project where they really went above and beyond with their services which are second to none. For a property I'm renovating, the home inspection revealed significant termite and powder post beetle damage plus mold and rat infestation. They gave me a quote to demo the entire basement and attached greenhouse area, then remediate all the insects, rodents and mold. Ken worked with me on the pricing to fit my budget then they got to work almost immediately. Ken's crews worked tirelessly to demo the basement, some of which was finished space to remove all the rot and mold. They also pulled down ceilings and removed debris throughout the process. They treated all the undersides of the joists and ceiling for the termites and powder post beetles and even evicted a mother Weasel and her family of babies who were nesting in the insulation! Finally they bore holes into the concrete floor to inject and treat for the termites. The transformation and thoroughness of the job they did was amazing. You couldn't ask for a more complete and efficient job. The guys on the crew were courteous and hard working. Ken was on top of every situation and made sure the project was done to my expectations.
