I can't say enough good things about Whalen Restoration Services. I almost went with another company and I am so glad I didn't. The entire team was professional and took pride in their work. I trusted them to be in my home when we were away and when we came back, the house looked better than we had left it! We had a valve leak in our laundry room on our second floor that did an amazing amount of damage to our kitchen ceiling and also on the stairway down to the basement- in a matter of minutes. Glenn Souza did an amazing job as project manager. He did his best to move the repairs along and work around our schedule so there was minimal disruption. The team took great care to cover things up and enable us to live around the work that was being done. They took pictures of the many things that were on our shelves and on our walls so they could put things back EXACTLY as they found it. Charlie did a fantastic job with the plaster and Larry with the paint. Both kept me posted on their progress. As a bonus, they had a cleaning crew come out so when we returned to our house, all repairs were complete, the painting was finished, everything was back in its place and the house was clean! One more shout out to Wendy who kept me updated with costs and did a great job communicating with our insurance company (Glenn too). No one wants to go through this and I hope I don't have to again, but rest assured that if you need restoration, look no further than Whalen, especially if you live on the Cape.

We had extensive water damage in our home and Whalen guided us throughout the process and did excellent work. The team was professional and helpful during an otherwise stressful time, and we are extremely pleased with the restoration. A big thanks to all!

We had water damage in our finished basement that occurred in two bedrooms each separated by a full bathroom in between them. They came down immediately and assessed the damage , The water damage in each bedroom was not major. Water behind a certain part of the walls and portions of wall to wall carpeting were soaked. They popped the baseboards and removed portions of Sheetrock, raised portions of carpeting up to soaked padding, removed soaked padding, and put many fans in both rooms and hallway saving my carpeting. Fans stayed for 5 days. They then had their carpenters and painters come in and then a deep cleaning after carpet company installed new padding that they tacked into existing padding. I cannot say enough as to how wonderful Whalen was from beginning to end of this stressful time. Robby and Josh were constantly available at all times and very accessible by phone. They came by checking on progress and the people who they hired were not only great carpenters and painters but extremely nice and always cleaned up. I also have to thank Wendy the office manager that was on top of all office procedures and just a phone call away. Whalen didn’t take advantage of knocking down walls and replacing all carpeting. I know this is lengthy but if I could give them 10 stars I would. This was a very stressful project for us but I knew we were in good hands. Thank you Whalen !!!

I had smoke damage that affected pretty much everything in my entire home. The team was amazing! Every crevice of my home was cleaned. All clothes and items affected by the smoke were cleaned and dry cleaned. The walls and ceilings were painted to perfection. All of the team members were polite and respectful! I highly recommend Whalen Restoration Services!’

Whalen Restoration is a remarkable contractor. They gave a quote, lived up to it. Did what they said they were going to do, showed up when they said they would, were great with communication. They were extremely professional and timely, polite and courteous on top of being just plain easy to deal with. Any issue that arose was dealt with proactively .
