“Millstream construction or heat pump pros both are awesome”
Greg said something to me in response to a thank you message that perfectly describes his company. "It's my pleasure to be someone who you know you can count on and reach out to when you have a question or problem in my realm." This is true old school customer service, a lost art in today's times. Greg cares enough to tackle the problem simple as that. We had a downed system that had been hit by a storm surge. Greg shows up, locks in, asks all the questions and fixes the problem, he's a can do person. A++ Service We will always used Heat Pump Pro's.
Heat Pump Pros. did a great job, converted my house from oil to propane and installed new hot water heater, new furnace, new condenser, moved ducts. great job would recommend
Greg and Heat Pump Pros have been excellent for both my business and house. The results have been great but what is just as nice is the communication and efficiency in which they operate. Whenever we have had an issue, Greg has been there for us. I have four years experience working with Heat Pump Pros and I will give them the highest recommendation. Consistency of care and people that enjoy what they do. It’s nice to see that
Greg and his team are really great! The heat and cooling source in my home is from mini-splits and we have been having issues along the way (they did not install) and Greg and his team are always easily reachable, responsive, kind, and courteous. They respect your home, your time and explain every next step along the way!
Greg and his team helped me during a tough point in me and my families life. We lost a lot due to a large mold remediation and needed someone local to assist with our mini splits. Greg was fast to respond and he has been a pleasure to work with - professional, caring of our situation, knowledgeable and fair. I would highly recommend using his company. I will not only be working with him for scheduled annual servicings, but will be referring him to my network as well.
