When a boiler broke on a Friday, M&M Oil fit the family into the schedule on Monday afternoon. In that recent Google review, the customer said Matt made room for the visit and Keith repaired the boiler, then took extra time to extend the piping so the same issue would hopefully not come back. A recent reviewer called the company's furnace cleaning prices fair after finding the price outrageous at the company that bought their former servicer. A 2026 customer said they called on a Saturday afternoon to get heating oil delivered and a truck came over on Monday. A 2026 reviewer wrote that they had used the company for oil delivery, preventative cleaning, emergency service and HVAC improvements. A 2025 customer said the company came next day every time. A 2023 customer said the company installed their oil tank, boiler and water heater, with Jon on site, and showed up the next day when the control unit on their old boiler went. In a 2023 review, a customer described a backup at home: Keith stayed until 9pm on a Friday, and when the problem returned that Sunday, Keith and Matt worked for hours, including digging up the main line, until a toy lodged in the plumbing worked its way through, then put everything back. A 2023 customer said an HVAC tech identified the problem and got their furnace working in less than 1.5 hours. A 2023 reviewer said they needed a well pump replaced over a holiday weekend and the company got their water back up and running. A 2022 customer said the company was the only one of 13 HVAC places they called that could squeeze in an appointment before Saturday for broken central air. A 2023 customer said they were told they would get a call back and never heard from the company again.

We couldn’t be more grateful for M&M Oil and the exceptional customer service we received! Our boiler broke on Friday, and when we got in touch with the company, Matt went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule Monday afternoon. As a mom, knowing he made sure our little boy would have warm water meant so much to me. Keith was absolutely wonderful. He not only repaired the boiler, but took the extra time to extend the piping so we hopefully won’t experience the same issue again in the future. He was thorough, efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in making sure the job was done properly—not just quickly. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and we truly felt that with M&M Oil. We are incredibly grateful to Matt, Keith, and the entire team for taking such great care of our family. Highly recommend!
Good honest people. They’ve been in business for decades! They responded quickly, were very efficient and I highly recommend them! Also very fair prices for furnace cleaning, they were the best price and I’m not going anywhere else in the future. I used to use Imperial plumbing and heating until they sold their business to another company. Called the company they sold their business to and the price to clean the furnace was outrageous! I’ll be a loyal customer to M&M!
I called on a Sat afternoon to get heating oil delivered, and they sent a truck over on Monday. Price was competitive. Will order from them again!
I highly recommend this company. They are very responsive and have great prices. I have used them for oil delivery, preventative cleaning, emergency service, and HVAC improvements. And they are a small locally owned company ❤️
