I used Hellman Home Inspections and the process could not have been better. Chris had great communication leading up to the inspection, at the inspection, and post inspection. Chris’s knowledge and expertise was very obvious and everything explained clearly. The inspection report is incredibly friendly and easy to understand. I recently contracted with Chris to do a home inspection. I am not overly knowledgeable about home systems or construction, so this process was especially important to help me make an informed buying decision. Chris was extremely thorough during his review of the property and took the time to fully explain his observations to me. He was patient to answer my many questions and went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood the details. The very next day he sent a written report so I could move forward quickly with the home buying process. I had more questions about a week later and he graciously offered additional insights. I highly recommend Chris!

Chris was a great inspector who was very thorough and patient with my questions. He offered lots of great insights and provided a wonderful report with pictures and callouts showing exactly what areas of the home needed attention or tips on things to keep an eye out for.
