The business is based in Sturbridge and says it serves Springfield, Chicopee and Holyoke. It reports 23 years in business and advertises free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. Driveways are central to its stated work: Henry's describes driveway installation, repairs, seal coating and line work on its BBB profile. Google rates the company 4.4 stars from 14 ratings, and BBB gives it an A+ grade. A September 2025 customer said the crew arrived when promised, finished the job in four hours and charged a fair, reasonable price. In April 2023, another customer praised a new driveway and described Henry and the crew as quick, efficient and clean. That reviewer said they were willing to work around a separate excavation project between tear-out and paving, and willing to relocate trees or bushes. A May 2026 reviewer praises a hardworking team and timely, customer-focused service. Follow-up contact disappointed one customer. In a May 2023 review, they said Henry had paved their driveway the previous year and that they had been pleased with the work. After town plowing damaged part of the driveway, they left several messages asking him to look at a possible repair, explicitly offering to pay. They reported receiving no response.
