Herb Shaw Sanitation Services

I finally found a GREAT company to maintain my septic system as complete an annual pump out at my property. Excellent customer service starting with the time you call them (thank you Robin) to the actual pump out (thank you Tommy). I have been using Herb Shaw Sanitation for several years now and I have been VERY happy with everything! I only say this since I have dealt with other companies that either were late, did not show up, or did a poor job. But everyone here (at Herb Shaw) is professional, on time, and values good communication. I can't say enough about them and value the piece of mind they offer... if you are a homeowner (or any property owner), you understand how much is involved in maintaining your property, but this is one thing you don't have to worry about if you use them. True statement!

Very informative, quick call back, and even though they are booked up they were very kind and offered other options near by for our septic inspection.

Called to set up a pump out for my house. Process was easy and employee was very friendly. Paying cash was a $20 discount. Bringing pump out to $210. Technician came out and got right to work. I had both covers cleared if needed. He only used solid side and used a mirror to verify baffle was good instead of removing second cover and causing any potential issue, which technician came right out and said which made me feel more trusting about the whole situation. He had on board water to clean his hose afterwards. Professional and reasonably priced. Set up two year reminder for next pump out!

Herb Shaw came out to clean my septic tank. No one was home so I left the money outside for them. When I called it in, I thought the tank was 1,000 gallons but it ended up being a little smaller. Instead of taking all the money they only took what the cost of a smaller tank was. Very honest people and they will have my business for a long time. Highly recommend their service
