Hercworx

Donald took on a challenging project for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. I had a specific vision and he fully delivered my what I had imagined, and beyond. Plus he did a great job with the installation. Thanks Hercworx!

I came to HercWorx with a project from my library–to restore our aging outdoor book depository. Affectionately known as “the elephant” to our patrons, due to its design, this book drop had certainly seen better days; the paint was peeling, it was covered in rust, and it was generally worse for wear. Donny Longley was kind, helpful, and communicative right from the start. He worked around our schedule, stayed within our limited budget, and did an absolutely beautiful job of bringing life back into this signature piece. As an added bonus, he also replaced our broken down handrail with a brand-new one, allowing our patrons to more safely enter the building. He even mimicked the design of the handrails that go down to the sidewalk! Gotta love the attention to detail. Overall, working with Donny has been wonderful, and we are extremely grateful librarians. I would absolutely recommend his services!

I brought in a tricky custom project, merging a Razor Dirt Quad frame with a Gorilla Cart for a motorized beach cart concept. I expected it to take a week, but it was done overnight, and the quality of the work was awesome! Everything feels rock-solid, and I have no worries about it surviving the journey to and from the beach with gear and kids. Not only was the turnaround incredibly fast, but Donny's communication and problem-solving were on point. I realized that this wasn't a simple job, it involved cutting, frame alignment, and integrating two totally different systems. It came out looking awesome! If you need welding done right reach out to Donny at Hercworx!

We couldn’t be happier with the railings that Donny helped us design. He fabricated and installed them within the budget and timeframe we’d agreed on. We would definitely use him again.

Donald made a beautiful piece of art for us that is also a mailbox. He took our ideas and his own and created this beauty.
