Heritage Flooring

Heritage Flooring is a family-run wood floor installation, refinishing and repair business based in Eastham that says it's served Cape Cod since 1969. Its own site describes the current owner, Bill Reilly, as a second-generation operator who took over from his father at age 20, and states a service area including Truro and Dennis. The business self-reports free estimates, dustless sanding, and no payment until the job is done. The written record here is minimal — just one review on file, dated 2025, which praised how a commercial-grade finish on white oak floors held up well to two dogs and two young boys. Google shows a handful of 5-star ratings, but that 2025 review is the only one actually written out. With so little independent feedback available, it's worth asking directly about recent work and references before booking — the family history and the self-described process (dustless sanding, payment only after completion) are the clearest signals on hand right now.
