High View Tree Service LLC

A dead ash, a large oak and tall trees close to a house are among the removals High View Tree Service customers have described. BBB lists the Nashua business at 5 Union Street, offering tree removal, stump grinding and removal, lot clearing, trimming, topping and shaping. Google lists 4.3 stars from 42 ratings. In a July 2025 Google review, a customer said Toby and his crew methodically cut down and removed a dead ash tree, explained the process and answered all their questions. Another customer writing that month described a large oak removal, praising the response time, cleanup and care for the lawn. An April 2025 reviewer described removal of very tall trees close to the house. Large removals also feature in older accounts. A November 2022 customer said the crew removed more than 20 trees using a crane, protected the driveway and grass and cleaned up before leaving. In a December 2022 review, another customer described three tall trees being taken down, including one leaning toward a neighbor’s house. The company answered the phone on the weekend, came to inspect the trees and was removing the dangerous tree two days later, according to that reviewer. A customer writing in May 2026 praised affordable work and said no mess was left behind. A June 2026 reviewer described calling about a cat stuck in a tree: the company came out, offered advice and said there would be no charge. The cat came down by itself. One October 2022 customer gave a sharply different account of property care. They said the crew arrived unannounced after overnight rain despite saying rain could postpone the work, left holes as deep as 12 inches and cut-up trees in the yard, and damaged an outdoor firepit with falling branches. The reviewer reported that five weeks and repeated calls had passed without repairs, and that a promised landscaper had not come. Pricing drew praise in several dated accounts. A February 2024 reviewer said the job followed the contract with no extra charges. In a July 2023 review, a longtime customer’s family member described High View refusing a neighbor’s attempt to add another tree removal to their mother’s bill and charging the neighbor instead.
