In a January 2018 Angi review, customers on vacation when a storm hit said Chris had their long, curved driveway plowed within an hour or two, brought a snowblower for the spots a plow cannot reach, and charged more than other quotes but was worth it for the quick response. Highlands Landscape Construction is a Holliston, Massachusetts landscaping company; its BBB listing covers lawn maintenance, aeration, tree pruning, stump removal, clean-ups, mulching, new lawns and snow services, and its Angi and HomeAdvisor pages add masonry, pavers and walks and steps. The complaint is sharp. In a December 2017 Angi review, a customer who hired Chris Beauregard for driveway snow removal said the first job tore up part of the lawn, nobody came during an ice storm, and on Christmas day Chris said "he had plans and would show up later." A December 2017 reviewer also called Chris "very reliable." Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 3.5 stars from 3 ratings, and the BBB grade is A+.

Chris really helped us out in a pinch while on vacation and a snow storm hit. We were able to communicate quickly and Chris had our long and curved driveway plowed within an hour or two. They were more expensive than other quotes, but the quick and responsive nature (especially impressive given the holiday) of the service made it worth it. We are now on his regular list for any snow event. Chris brings a snowblower as well to get to the areas that the plow cannot. That type of detail work and consideration is excellent and much appreciated.

I hired them (Chris Beauregard) for driveway snow removal. Did a mediocre job the first time-tearing up part of my lawn. During last ice storm-never showed up when I needed him that afternoon. During latest snow storm on Christmas day, Chris stated "he had plans and would show up later". Total disregard for the needs of the customer. About as unprofessional an individual as I've ever encountered. Avoid!
