Hoffmann Landscaping has been such a wonderful find for us. They are reliable, friendly, responsive and are doing a great job tending to our yard (lawn mowing, weeding, etc). Super grateful for their work and highly recommended!!!
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I was ghosted by this company and it seriously delayed my firewood delivery. In April I contacted Hoffman for a small/medium job of removing some fill. Carson was prompt in reaching out and telling me I was on the schedule for the middle of May. Right before the week we had scheduled, he reached out and said that due to weather he needed to postpone until the end of May/early June, which was fine. On June 10 he again postponed due to weather. I informed him I would be away the last week of June and he said he would schedule before I left. I checked in the week before I left and didn't get a response. Once I returned, I emailed again to ask if I was still on the schedule and didn't receive a response. I then scheduled with another landscaper who scheduled the work and showed up within a week of contact, and ended up charging less than the quote from Hoffman. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend Hoffman to others. Again, I don't like writing poor reviews, especially for local businesses, but I think it's important to share the experience for the awareness of others.
Carson is incredibley responsive and diligent. He is very laid back and so easy to work with. His extensive knowledge and work ethic are commendable. We will use Hoffmann Landscaping again, and will highly recommend.
Hoffmann Landscaping very selflessly helped several cars who were stuck during the storm this week. The situation could have ended up significantly worse had he not been there. Thank you!!
Our experience with Carson Hoffmann who installed river stones with edging under our front and back decks was outstanding. Carson was very responsive from the beginning to the completion of the project. It was a job well done overall!!
