Hilltop Property Services

Calvin and Jacob really helped me out. I had a poorly built retaining wall that ran up my driveway and around the front length of my front yard along my ditch. The wall, being poorly built, was falling out on top of the well cover that the fire district owns. The fire district gave me a deadline to get it taken care of before the year was up. Calvin was the most professional and polite individual I interacted with throughout this entire process. He explained his process, outcome, and pricing in a way I could understand. He was very thorough in examining the site, explaining/identifying any concerns or problem areas, and asked any questions he needed to ensure he understood my needs in entirety. He is very up front about expected timelines, especially if they are busy. Initially I had asked for a quote for the problem section of the wall only. He provided me a quote quickly and answered my additional questions. He always factors in unexpected or higher costs into the estimate, the higher end of the range being the highest amount you should anticipate the cost for the project. My circumstances changed during this process, which at points made me ask for other quotes or scenarios he thought might be possible. He was always patient and willing to answer my questions. We ended up opting to just tear the wall out entirely, slope it, and just plant grass back on top for constraints within my financial budget. They began the work in early September and finished in about three weeks. The results are fantastic! It is such a relief to have this taken care of. Calvin and Jacob work hard, are very client focused, and communicate if they hit any snags along the way. They are careful not to make more of a mess or disturb your yard even when working with large equipment. They by far gave me the best quote for the size of the job and services provided. I would highly recommend this wonderful team. I plan to ask them back again if I have further projects in the future. I am immensely thankful they made time to fit me in, especially during the busy time of year for them!

Jacob and Calvin are very polite and hard working. They helped tremendously to transform my tricky landscape into something beautiful. They are very timely, professional, and reasonable. Highly recommend Hilltop!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Hilltop’s service is and how pleasant they are to work with! They took our vision and provided excellent suggestions to make it even better. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and professional knowledge, an acre of dense trees, vines and scrub has been transformed into a beautiful park-like setting, allowing us to maximize the benefits of our solar panels. It was so exciting to watch the change happen day by day! Check out the video to see the process. There’s nothing these guys can’t do! Many thanks to the Hilltop crew, especially Calvin!
