Home Energy Products says it has been in business 30 years, and its website offers free estimates. On Google it shows 4.8 stars from 124 ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. A customer with a colonial-style house said Josh, the sales rep, came out the day after they asked for a quote, and a quote with 4 options followed the next day. Mark and Ryder put down drop cloths and took two full days for the install, with two electricians working on day two; that customer wrote that the company might not be the cheapest around. Dakota serviced multiple Mitsubishi mini-split systems for three condos at Samoset in Gilford, a customer said. During an annual servicing, a customer said, Nick found an issue that was pretty well buried in the unit. A 2026 customer said Phil supplied the installation plan they needed for their condo association board, and that after 6 hours both new units were putting out heat. A 2026 reviewer warned that although Bradford White lists the company for warranty work, it will not work with you unless it installed the unit. A 2022 customer paid $180 for a mini-split cleaning and said washing the coil consisted of the tech pouring a bottle of water on it.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company from start to finish! They did an excellent job servicing our existing units during the summer and installing a brand-new mini split system today. Our salesperson Phillip was amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Justin and the office staff were also incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive throughout the entire process as well. The two installers, Mark & Nick who came today were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, courteous, efficient and clearly took great pride in their work. They did an outstanding job with the installation and made sure everything was done properly and left everything spotless when they finished. It’s rare to find a company where every person you interact with provides such great service and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service!

Can’t say enough good about Home Energy and their crew of Kyle & Nick! Had a complete Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split system installed consisting of three indoor heads and one outside unit. These guys were hard working professionals who did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did!
