Dustin and Ethan from Home Resolutions fit me into their schedule on very short notice to replace my roof cap and a roof vent. They took care to match the existing vent so the repair blends in. Their pricing was fair, and they were upfront and honest about my roof. They told me what needed attention now and what could safely wait, with no pressure or upselling. I'd happily call them again for any future roof work and recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable contractors.
i've had small repair but they didn't hesitate to come and the job with quick response, stayed informed and finished as scheduled
Dustin and crew did a great job on our roof. Pricing was better than expected and work was completed in a day. Highly recommend these guys.
Home Resolutions LLC delivered exceptional service during one of the heaviest snow loads I’ve ever had on my property. My roof had a full season of accumulation, and once they cleared it, all that weight came down in dense, compacted piles onto the driveway and deck. Their crew handled the entire roof safely and efficiently, and then removed every bit of the heavy roof‑fall that came down as a result. They worked fast, safely, and with incredible precision. In about an hour and a half, the roof was fully relieved and all the roof‑fall areas were completely opened up. Their professionalism and efficiency are unmatched. If you need serious roof snow removal or any roof work done right, this is the company to call.
Big shout out to Dustin Harris and his son from Home Resolutions! Dustin responded to my post yesterday asking for help with ice dams. He was the first one to respond, although a few did respond later. Dustin and his son: • showed up when they said they would • Explained what they would do • Laid out options for how much work should/could be done • Quickly and efficiently went to the task at hand It took them very little time, it seems they're Energizer bunnies when they get going 🤣 My leaking ceiling literally stopped in minutes after they were done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🙂👍💪 I also want to say how awesome it is to live here, with so many people who are happy to help each other. I say this because my sister-in-law in Haverhill also had ice dams and leaking, she called multiple companies — and NONE called her back, even to say sorry they couldn't help! And so my poor sister-in-law — WHO IS SEVENTY — HAD TO CLIMB UP ON HER ROOF BY HERSELF to remove the snow. It took her 5 hours in single-digit weather! That won't happen to you if you hire Dustin!
