My skylight starting leaking, and Manny came highly recommended. He contacted me almost immediately and I had a quote quickly. Came out, did the work, new skylights look great (and don't leak!) and the price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my roofing going forward.

The crew did a great job. Roof looks good! Cleaned up daily and kept things neat and clean. On final walkthrough, we pointed out a couple of areas and Manny addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend.

It is rare I ever write a review but in this case I wanted to make a comment. Manny & his team were fantastic. They completed my project in Hooksett NH. In addition to having a new roof, we had a farmers porch that was crooked for two decades. Manny's team not only straightened the porch they placed extra cement footings to secure and installed new face boards. Prior to shingling the house they placed 2 covers, one cover went over the entire back of the house. The teams detail and work they performed was well above our expectation. In addition to the roof & porch, they installed 2 skylights with solar powered shades. They look great. We have gardens around the house, but with the full covering over & around the house not a single plant was damaged. We had multiple quotes and like everyone we balanced cost and quality. Going with Manny's roofing we got more than we imagined in value & quality. Great job, all complete within two days. Outstanding.

We look for professionals. Do the show up on time, do they have knowledge of the project, do they return calls, do they offer solutions etc.. From the very beginning Brett was a consumate professional. He covered every detail and explained all questions and inquiries. He returned calls within a day and made several personal trips to our property to make sure all was in order. The crew was very much the same when carrying out the installation of the roof. Professionals all around. They were so good, we had them replace our gutters. Once again, professional in every respect. We recommend them highly! Many of our neighbors in Chelmsford commented on their workmanship. Can't argue with that!

I had a very good experience with Manny’s Roofing from start to finish. I appreciated meeting salesman Brett as he took his time explaining the process and material choices with no high-pressure tactics. Once I committed, he took my schedule into consideration in finding a perfect day to have the roof done. The crew worked hard, removing the old roof and installing the replacement in one day, and did an excellent job cleaning up. Additionally, the foreman was very accessible and addressed any questions I had while the work was being done. My new roof looks beautiful!
