Horton Furniture

My wife and I wanted to purchase an electric rocking recliner, we had called the store and were told they had plenty in stock, when we got there we were greeted by the rudest employees I’ve ever met. One told us what we were looking for was on the third floor. When we couldn’t find it up there we asked another employee if we were looking in the wrong place and his facial expression spoke louder than this words. He clearly didn’t want to help us was annoyed we were providing him business. Nothing was a great price, standard that you would find at Bobs, Ashley etc. why would I go to this place and get the rudest customer service. I hope you go out of business very soon if that’s how you treat local residents

The furniture is priced good and they deliver fast

Was able to catalog shop for exactly what I wanted. Style, fabric, leg color everything! Custom order was so simple. Very pleased!

First time shopping with Horton’s, and I don’t intend to shop anywhere else. The showroom is much larger than it looks from the outside. The salesperson was not pushy at all and just let me browse. They had a great selection and a variety of price points. They offer free shipping and are very easy to work with to schedule a time that is convenient. There was an issue with the delivery, but the owner Steve worked to make everything right. Fantastic customer service. This is really a hidden gem and I will be recommending it to anyone in the market for new furniture.

Bought a recliner there this month and they were super easy and friendly to deal with. Solid prices (very good) & they helped us out a bit more and we were very very appreciative. It's an old mill building totally worth hunting around in. There were beautiful beautiful pieces everywhere. They were not pushy at all and delivered the next day!!!! Old school service with very up to date offerings. Thanks Hortons!!
