Those are the company's own claims rather than anything confirmed here. The written accounts are few and a decade old, and they run in one direction. A 2013 client who had their first house built said Mike and his crew made it a positive experience and described him as a creative problem solver with unusual patience. A 2014 repeat client wrote that they trust the design sense and workmanship of anything he does for their home, having started with a full remodel before moving in. A 2015 reviewer giving four stars noted work finished on time and on budget, and a site cleaned up without being asked. On paperwork, the company publishes construction supervisor licence CS-059906 for itself, and BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #146121 as active. Those are two separate credentials and the pairing is normal, not a discrepancy; neither has been checked against the state registry here. Jobs are quoted at $15,000 to $1.2 million and typically run cost-plus, so the scope conversation matters more than the headline number. The stated service area is eleven Cape Ann and North Shore towns, and Marblehead is not one of them. For an older North Shore house where the finish carpentry is the point — or a kitchen inside one — this is a close fit. Ask for references from the last two or three years, because the written ones stop in 2015.
