A whole kitchen gutted and rebuilt, new hardwood floors, and an interior wall taken out to open up a dining area — that is the job one Houzz customer described Housingfutura Home Remodeling doing in a January 2016 review. The Rhode Island remodeler's own Houzz profile calls it a high-end home remodeling company covering all of Rhode Island, with kitchens and bathrooms among the rooms it takes on. Its written track record is short and dated: two Houzz reviews, both 5 stars, from December 2015 and January 2016. The kitchen customer wrote about constant communication from the first meeting through the contract, a professional and courteous crew, electrical and plumbing subcontractors who were equally professional, and issues that were met head on; they also credited Raul's input on return on investment with shaping their final decisions. The December 2015 review came from an electrical contractor on his fourth project with the company, who praised its demand for quality and wrote, "No shortcuts here." The company's Houzz profile describes it as fully licensed and lists licence number 38907. Rhode Island's contractor registry shows registration GC-38907, held by Housingfutura, LLC, as expired.

This was a complete kitchen renovation and also installation of hardwood floors, and removing one interior wall to create a dining area. From the initial meeting to the signing of the contract, there was constant communication and sharing of ideas for the project. The crew were extremely professional and courteous. Also the electrical and plumbing subcontractors were equally professional and expeditious. Any issues that came up were met head on. Also, with Raul's input of his insight and knowledge of return on your investment was extremely helpful in our final decisions.
This is now my fourth project with Housingfutura and once again I am unbelievably impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company. As an electrical contractor it is a pleasure to do business with a general contractor who not only appreciates quality but demands it. No shortcuts here.
