Huckins Tree & Landscape

Huckins Tree & Landscape takes trees down by the yard-full. A recent Google customer said the crew arrived on time with a crane, a shredder truck and a log truck, took nine trees down in one day and cleaned up at the end. The business holds 4.8 stars from 11 Google ratings. A 2025 customer said they safely removed giant pine trees over the customer's camp with a grapple crane truck, and praised the fair pricing and the cleanup. A 2025 reviewer wrote that John and his crew took down 17 trees, cleaned up the area and chipped the branches. A 2023 customer said the owner worked alongside his crew and, with the help of J. Messina's crane, took down 18+ large pines and a few large hardwoods in one day, including cleanup. A 2022 customer said John quoted one day for several large pine trees, the job took two full days, and he did not try to charge more. A 2024 customer hired Huckins for a multi-stage job: 13 trees, a wider gravel driveway and grading to shed water from the house. That customer said the tree work and the excavator work went quickly and efficiently, but the owner then said the final stage was not covered by the original quote and would cost more. The same 2024 customer said the grade was not done correctly, leaving ponding in the driveway near the house after the first rain, and that the promised extra fill never came and the business stopped responding, so a different contractor finished the work. That customer advised asking for a detailed contract with a breakdown of all costs.
