Was called by Winning Landscapes last Tuesday (1-Aug-2023) after reaching out to Angie's List for some quotes on filling in some holes in my back yard. He said he was booked the next day, so we scheduled an appointment to have him come out and give me a quote at 1700 that Thursday (3-Aug-2023). Thursday roles around and finally at 1709 I decide to call and see where he is. No answer. Left a voicemail, never received a call back. I just called this morning, the following Monday (7-Aug-2023), phone rang twice and then hung up. No option to leave a voicemail. Tried one more time, kept ringing and gave me an option to leave a voicemail the second time around. Not leaving another message to be ignored though. Gentleman seemed pleasant over the phone the previous week, however I'm not a big fan of being Ghosted by a professional. Gonna recommend people stay away from this one.
I wanted to transform my backyard into a lush oasis and hired this professional landscaper for the job. The landscaper was creative, knowledgeable, and worked closely with me to bring my vision to life. The finished product is beyond my wildest dreams and I'm grateful for the landscaper's expertise and hard work.
