Have left all of their residential customers high and dry. I purchased a house several years ago where HVAC services installed the heating and cooling system. The system had a number of issues (not entirely abnormal) which resulted in a multiple technicians having to come by but making little progress (not normal). Eventually, a great experienced technician (Sean) came by and got things resolved. I thought we were in the clear, but have found out this year they are entirely abandoning all of their residential customers. Instead of telling me outright, they kept rebooking my maintenance appointment over and over again until eventually admitting this was the case. I would highly recommend staying away from this business as they clearly have no issue leaving their customers high and dry.

Horrible customer service! Incredibly rude, disrespectful and they totally scammed me. Now I can’t change the temperature of my thermostat! They don’t care about my business.
