Lightning hit one recent customer's house in a storm, and after a call, I.T.S. Electric responded within the hour. The company says it provides electrical services, wiring and repairs to homes and businesses throughout Litchfield County and Hartford County in Connecticut, and that it has been in business 24 years. Its website offers free estimates. A 2026 customer said their team had been to the home 4 times in the past year to fix issues left behind by the former owners. That 2026 customer said they installed new lighting, moved a few 30 amp appliances and installed an outdoor socket, and that on a minor emergency call they showed up at 6am and finished by 7am. A 2022 customer said Cliff and Lisa came out late at night for an emergency call to fix two electric heaters in 15 degree weather, two days before Christmas, and were in and out in less than an hour. A 2025 customer said Cliff came out to look things over within two days and was back to do the work within the week. A 2024 customer said Cliff did work for them and their daughter in New Britain and called the price very reasonable.
Update: Awesome service and prompt response…. Our house was struck by lightening during that last storm and after a call they responded within the hour…. Can’t say enough about the owner Cliff!!! IT’s Electric has done numerous jobs for my former employer as well as for myself. Very professional and highly recommended! Will for sure call again when I have an electrical issue….
Their team has been to my home 4 times in the past year to clear up and fix quite a few issues left behind by the former owners. They are always on time, clean, accurate, polite and most of all honest, fair and patient. Just this past Friday they came right out for a minor emergency call. They showed up at 6am and finished the job by 7am. What I thought was an emergency was a piece of cake for these guys. What a relief... They have room by room brought my old house back to safety and reliability. Installed new lighting,moved a few 30 amp appliances and installed an outdoor socket. I highly recommend ITS to anyone. We'll have them back in the spring to bond and wire our pool once it's delivered. Thanks Cliff & John you guys rock!!!
Cliff has been absolutely amazing. He has fantastic communication, speedy replies and even speeder service. I needed a few small things done, Cliff was out to looks things over withing two days and back to do the work within the week. I could not recommend and better electrician in the area for big or small needs. Thank you Cliff!!
