Preparation gets specific attention in a Google review of IAP Inc.: writing in October 2025, a customer praised Ivo’s filling of old nail holes, priming, power washing and finish painting. The same customer described his pricing as fair. IAP says it offers residential and commercial interior and exterior painting from Mashpee across Cape Cod, along with home-improvement, cleaning, power-washing and carpentry services. The company identifies Ivo DeAlmeida as its owner and says he launched Almeida Painting in 2001, which evolved into IAP Inc. in 2017. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Google shows a 4.4-star average from nine ratings. In an October 2025 review, Ken and Annmarie B. of Osterville described having their house re-stained. They said Ivo thoroughly washed the house and re-stained its siding, praising his neatness, organization and the results. Another customer, writing that month, appreciated how Ivo left the property after each day of painting and said they would hire him again. A separate October reviewer praised his punctuality and neatness after he painted their home. A customer’s October 2025 review also described Ivo coordinating painting with their construction contractor and praised the estimate. Earlier that year, an August reviewer said they had hired IAP multiple times for interior and exterior painting. A July 2025 customer praised the crew’s politeness, hard work and attention to detail after exterior painting.
I was more than pleased with Ivo’s work. Our home looks great. He did a great job. I especially appreciated how he left our property after each day of painting. I would hire him again again and have passed on his work to several interested friends. He was very thorough with attention to every detail.
Our home was painted by Ivo. He did a lovely job. He was punctual and neat. I was impressed with his work ethic. The house looks great. I would hire him again for interior or exterior work. I have recommended him to several friends.
Ivo is unquestionably the best painter I have ever had! He is so talented, prompt, fair in pricing, clean, honest, kind, smart, conscientious. I can’t think of enough good words to describe him. He cares so much about every detail. From the initial quote, to the meticulous prep including filling a million nail holes from past things hung on the house and trim. His priming and power washing are thorough and excellent. And the finish painting and precision are unparalleled. Thank you Ivo. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
We recently had our house re-stained by IAP, Inc. Ivo thoroughly washed the house and re-stained the siding. Ivo followed through with professionalism…very neat, organized and with great results. We would highly recommend Ivo and IAP, Inc. Ken and Annmarie B. Osterville
Ivo not only became our painting contractor he became our friend. He gave us a great estimate and worked with our construction contractor to coordinate the process of getting the house looking the best it ever has. He is courteous, respectful and his work is so good my neighbor has already hired him to do some work for him this fall. I have already talked to Ivo about some more work to do on the interior of the house at a later time. If you have a project that requires anything to do with paint or house washing, contact Ivo as soon as you can! With his quality and work ethic you will find it will be well worth it!
