AAAA Painting Home Service INC

Decks are what AAAA Painting Home Service gets called for most: six of its 29 Google reviews describe one being built, rebuilt or refinished. A May 2026 customer had an old deck stripped and every board replaced with composite. Another from that same week was cleaning and staining instead — years of wear taken off, and a note that the crew knows which products work best for Massachusetts weather. The company works out of Cotuit, on Cape Cod, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #215960, is active on the state registry. Customers write to Bira — Ubirajara in a couple of reviews — and to his crew. One August 2025 homeowner had him look at the job on a Saturday, got a price, and saw work start two days later and the deck finished that same day. A May 2026 reviewer had a porch built in under two days, at a price under what competitors quoted. The painting in the name is real, but carpentry is where customers go into detail. A June 2025 reviewer had all the trim in the house replaced; a separate July 2025 job was a quick trim repair after water damage. Another June 2025 customer had all the siding replaced. In September 2025 someone had three bedroom closets built, each one outlined for her before it was built. A July 2025 review describes an old garage demolished and a new one put up with an apartment above it. Painting tends to arrive on the same job as the carpentry — one July 2025 customer had a sidewall repair, exterior painting and a new deck done together, and a repeat customer that same month came back for a deck after a painting job the year before. The range stretches further still: one review is commercial work booked on a client's behalf, and a November 2025 customer had the house cleaned on short notice. A sensible call for a Cape Cod homeowner who wants one crew for the deck, the trim around it and the paint that follows. Before booking, get the scope and schedule in writing, ask for proof of insurance, and ask for a recent deck or siding address nearby you can go look at.
