imPainters

I hired imPainters because it looked liked they had some good reviews. I bought my townhouse in August and hired them shortly after letting them know I had to move in on September 29th and they had no problem with that.They were very nice but the job they did and how much it cost me is more important than how nice they were. They didn't smooth out the walls before painting and it was hard to tell until the light hits on different parts of the wall and your sitting in your home. There's so many spots that weren't sanded before painting. They also are not very good doing edges from The ceiling to the wall and looks like they missed painting places and again didn't sand and make the edges smooth. I walked in several times and nobody was here. I was so overwhelmed and frustrated. Also there was dust everywhere including all over my new floor and nothing was covered. They had problems with answering calls or calling me back and just seemed to say whatever to convince me they would be here. Moving day came and they still weren't finished and they knew I had to move out of my rental. I cried because moving is stressful in itself and I was promised it would be done.. Igor who was never here but on the reviews they did mention him but he told me he wanted to give the guys a bit more freedom on their own which I had thought he would be around and making sure things were getting done. They left all the trash on my lawn and I was contacted by the HOA twice to remove it. I had high hopes after spending 17,000 for floors, paint and SMOOTH walls. I did have them come back at least 3 times and its sad because I think the job was to much for them but they should have told me from the beginning. I guess somehow I will have to have someone fix and smooth down alot of the walls but don't know how I will afford it, so I will probably sit here just so dissapointed and won't trust any painters in the future. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend them if they need to smooth out the walls or if they have any imperfections.

They were very prompt and did a really great job. They knew how to fix the problem.
