Painting jobs described by Pro Contracting Group's customers often included the preparation and repairs around the paint. A June 2025 Google reviewer said the crew painted their home's exterior and replaced rotten boards and windowsills. In November 2025, another customer praised the necessary carpentry before painting. The company says it handles residential and commercial remodeling, painting, carpentry, renovation and restoration in New Hampshire and the Merrimack Valley, and says it has served the greater Merrimack Valley since 2010. Google displays 4.8 stars from 134 ratings. Several dated accounts name the people involved. An August 2025 reviewer credited Jeff and his team with painting outdated cherry cabinets and keeping to schedule. A September 2025 customer said Jeff did most of their house painting and explained the work as he went. In December 2024, a customer described a whole-house interior paint job with difficult angles and high ceilings: the painters repaired and smoothed walls, took longer than initially estimated, cleaned up and returned items to their original places. The work described also extended to floors and outdoor structures. A June 2025 customer who named RP Pro Contracting described stair sanding, sealing and refinishing, luxury vinyl flooring in bedrooms, closets and a guest bathroom, and ceramic tile in a half bathroom and entryway. They also reported vanity and toilet installation. That reviewer said the project took four days, the workers left the areas clean and ready to use, and Sal addressed questions and concerns. A July 2024 reviewer described new balconies being built after the old ones were removed. The customer requested white PVC railings and gray Trex decking. They said Lucas led the crew, which often worked until dusk and over a three-day weekend, finishing two days beyond the two-week promise. An August 2024 customer separately described replacement trim boards and siding, power washing and trim painting, with daily updates from Jeff and his crew. Two older complaints concern follow-up before hiring. An August 2024 reviewer said a promised meeting was never scheduled and a follow-up email went unanswered. In March 2022, another reviewer said the company visited to assess painting work but did not send the promised quote or answer subsequent messages; they hired someone else. A September 2024 customer described a different experience: Sal answered their questions and emailed an estimate, and Jeff arrived on schedule, completed the work and cleaned up daily.
