Superior work, start to finish. Recently they rebuilt a deck for us, adding stairs where not existed previously. We had 3 estimates from other builders, and Schwanz was the most professional, most detailed, and most reasonable. They listened to what we wanted & made recommendations for appropriate design & materials. They stayed on schedule and within budget. The quality of the carpentry was superior. We would not hesitate to call them for future projects.
