The company says it has been in business 31 years, and its website lists a service area running from Berlin and Cheshire to Middletown, Guilford and Southington. A 2026 customer who said they had used Incredible Oil for many years wrote that when they called for an oil delivery, it usually came the next day. A 2025 customer who said they waited until the tank was almost empty wrote that Incredible Oil came through within 1-2 days and offered emergency deliveries and payment plans. They have very unprofessional and rude receptionists. Called with a simple question about a delivery and was belittled. Was told “What a strange phone call”. I was not rushing them or asking where is my delivery, I simply had a question. Ironically, the delivery truck pulls in my driveway, not 20 minutes later. you think she’d have a rundown of stops for the day and could’ve let me know that. Been a loyal customer for over 10years. I will now be looking for a new home heating companies.
