indus does pavement and bridge preservation — recycling, surface treatments and repairs on roads, bridges and airports across the Northeast, by its own description, using what it says are AASHTO-certified installers. The customer at the other end of that work is a state agency or a town, not a household. Its Google rating, 4 stars across 22 ratings, comes mostly from people who crossed paths with the company rather than hired it. A June 2026 reviewer, apparently a delivery driver, called them good people to deliver to. A May 2026 one-star review complained that a company vehicle used the exit lane on Route 3 in South Plymouth to cut ahead of traffic. The one comment about the work itself dates from July 2022, when a resident wrote that roads the town hired indus to pave came out worse than before. The company is also on the move: Patch reported in April 2026 that it plans to relocate its headquarters and operations from Granite Street in South Braintree to an industrial park under development in Middleborough, and CoStar carried the same plan that month. If you are a town or an agency weighing a preservation contract, the 2022 complaint about a municipal paving job is the thing to put to them directly, with the road and the year. For a driveway or a house lot, this is not the work the company describes doing.
