A recent Google customer walked through the whole job with Sherm Arnold's Flooring, from sales to a site review to the installation, and says they would use them again. The store is in Lewiston, ME, and its own website describes a wide range of flooring options in one place. On its BBB page, the business says it specializes in hardwood, carpet, laminate, vinyl and tile, works with residential and commercial customers, has its own sub-contractors and carries the full line of Schluter systems. Its BBB grade is A+. A sunjournal.com article has described it as a family-run business. In a 2026 review, a customer said Jenn helped them coordinate tile for the shower along with a floor. A 2025 customer wrote: "Very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick service." A 2024 customer said they found a simple mosaic tile for a small bathroom at Sherm's within 15-20 minutes, at about a quarter of the price it would have cost at Lowes or Home Depot. That 2024 customer called the staff efficient and helpful.
