I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with your company. Mark, the foreman, was exceptionally pleasant, and he led his crew with great professionalism. His team of workers did an outstanding job installing insulation, vents, and sealing air around the doors. They were not only hardworking but also maintained a clean work environment throughout the process. It was clear that the crew worked together seamlessly, and their sense of humor made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Their dedication to getting the job done efficiently was impressive, and I truly appreciate their effort. Thank you for providing such a great team, and I will certainly recommend Insulation R Us to others in the future.
Great company, great guys. Would use them anytime. If there was 10 stars I would give it to them.
They came around 7:30am and worked til three, replacing/installing a new front window, cellar door and fixed the gables. Very pleasant people who answered any questions we had.
These guys totally destroyed a brand new roof. And when I went to go do my inspection on why there was a leak we saw that they installed bathroom vents completely wrong. Destroying a brand new roof and throwing tar all over the roof. The customer went back And called them about their problem on why the roof is leaking. And they told the customer that it was not their problem. This is disgusting. And this is why we make sure to take legal action when necessary when it comes to garbage companies . Do not use these people. They have no clue what they’re doing. Update. They did pay to have this job fixed properly. That’s a plus. Hopefully they get better at these installs.
