Had an excellent insulation experience with Retrofit. Found them from a long list of contractors provided by MassSave. Scheduled work completed promptly and thoroughly, including correction of a previous MassSave project (2018) done incompletely.

We had RetroFit Insulation weatherize our home through the Rhode Island Energy Weatherization Program and have nothing but great things to say about these guys. The Crew, Junior, Gus and Shawn we’re fantastic, all very polite, courteous, and generally very professional. The Work took just about 3 days to complete, and communication was excellent throughout the process. The Crew was extremely punctual, always showed up when they said they would and completed what they said they would complete. In short, we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend RetroFit for any weatherization project.

Retrofit Insulation came out through the Mass Save program and added insulation and other weatherproof materials to my attic, to the rim joist in the basement, and weather-stripped the outside doors. I can't emphasize enough as to how good Shawn and Paul were. They were professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating. You really never knew they were working in your home and when they were done, you never knew they were there. I never expected it to be so easy and glad they chose to pick up my Mass Save project. Also a shout out to Steve in the office for selecting this crew. I would highly recommend their company.

Joe and all the guys at RetroFit Insulation are awesome. They handled all the MassSave rebates and ensured I received everything that the program provides. We own a very old farmhouse with some daylight peaking through the exterior envelope in places. We spoke with several local Insulation companies prior to finding RetroFit. We are so happy we didn’t settle for the others. Joe gave me a master class on insulation. His industry knowledge of construction, insulation, codes and the MassSave program is unsurpassed. Retro-Fit worked tirelessly to seal the small gaps throughout our 145 year old home. Joe worked with us and our schedule as our home was under construction and some areas were not accessible at times. In short, they worked harder than they needed to because Joe wanted to make sure everything was perfect while he worked around other contractors in various stages of construction. Joe’s communication was excellent and his crews ALWAYS showed up when they said they would and completed what they said they would complete. I highly recommend RetroFit for any insulation project.
