Recent reviewers describe the team installing a new service drop and handling a full kitchen-upgrade project, and one recent review credits the team with being professional, knowledgeable, and thorough after storm damage caused an electrical emergency. That pattern holds up further back too: in a February 2025 review, a customer described Joe finding and replacing a fried sub panel within two hours of a same-day call, working past normal hours to finish; in a January 2025 review, another described his team cutting out active knob-and-tube wiring and rewiring 90% of a 1900-built, 1,200-square-foot house on schedule; and in a late-2024 review, a customer recounted an emergency meter-box replacement followed by Joe working late into the night after the electric company's own error damaged the breaker panel. It isn't a spotless record.
