Integrity Electrical Services, working out of Wilmington, has built a reputation almost entirely around one name: Joe, the electrician most reviewers mention directly. The numbers back up what the reviews say — 5★ across 256 Google ratings and 4.9★ across 78 on Angi — and the Better Business Bureau lists the company as an A+ accredited business, with BBB also listing a Massachusetts electrician license for the company (#12531-B). The through-line across a deep, mostly recent review history is speed under pressure. Recent reviewers describe the team installing a new service drop and handling a full kitchen-upgrade project, and one recent review credits the team with being professional, knowledgeable, and thorough after storm damage caused an electrical emergency. That pattern holds up further back too: in a February 2025 review, a customer described Joe finding and replacing a fried sub panel within two hours of a same-day call, working past normal hours to finish; in a January 2025 review, another described his team cutting out active knob-and-tube wiring and rewiring 90% of a 1900-built, 1,200-square-foot house on schedule; and in a late-2024 review, a customer recounted an emergency meter-box replacement followed by Joe working late into the night after the electric company's own error damaged the breaker panel. It isn't a spotless record. In a 2025 review, one customer found a service call expensive relative to the fix — the diagnosis was an overloaded circuit, but the actual work was resetting two GFCI outlets — and a brief 2022 review called the company "an appointment dropper," with no further detail. Both are outliers against dozens of detailed, positive accounts. For anything from a small repair to a full rewire, this reads like a business built around one electrician's personal follow-through — worth asking directly whether Joe or one of his crew will be handling the job.
Joe and his assistant did an excellent job installing a new service drop at my home.
Joe and his team are the very best. We've had them here twice and they will be the only electrical service company we use moving forward. Joe's communication was timely and clear. I appreciated how he outlined the jobs and explained possible challenges. There were no hidden expenses. His quote was detailed, fair and straightforward. He also pulled necessary permits and was able to schedule us quickly. I highly recommend Integrity Electrical!
Very impressed! Great communicators, prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Joe was extremely responsive and great to deal with. They promptly and efficiently took care of our immediate needs and responded to our questions regarding future services that may be required.
Joe and his team are great. Super responsive, on time and did a great job with a few projects for my kitchen upgrade. I would highly recommend and will be using them for any future projects.
