We used JMB for a small job previously and were very pleased with how everything went, so when we had a bigger issue (ice dams leading to water damage, issues with the deck), John and his team were our first phone call and we couldn't have been happier. Professional from start to finish, communication was excellent (crucial since we were out of town when all the work needed to be done) and the end result was really well done. My husband I hired JMB services to install a new drop ceiling in our basement. The previous ceiling collapsed on December 26th, 2025. We contacted JMB, John came to our house within a week, gave us a price and couple weeks later our new ceiling was installed. The workmen were on time to do the work both mornings. They did a wonderful job installing it and also cleanup removing the existing debris as well as the whole ceiling they did for us. John explained to us why it had collapsed, materials he would be using, he came out to supervise and was here on day of completion. John and his team rebuilt our back deck, installed a concrete pad for a hot tub, and finished our attic for the purposes of installing a golf simulator. We had an amazing experience and found John and his team very easy to work with. For our attic, John installed a half bath as well as a wet bar. Additionally, his team helped us build an install our golf simulator screen and hung the launch monitor and projector screen. They worked with us making sure everything was placed exactly as needed. John truly took our vision and brought it to life and gave us so many ideas along the way for making both our deck and attic look beautiful while sticking to the budget.

I was in the process of buying a home when the appraisal agent called out some rotted trim and siding pieces. I only had a short window to get them fixed on top of it. I contacted John at JMB Home Services about coming to look at it. I sent him pictures of the problem areas. Not only did he come right over the same day to look at it, but him and his crew replaced all of it within a few hours. I have several future projects in mind for this house and will absolutely be calling John back!
