Integrity Roofing LLC describes itself on its website as a roofing company working to the needs of Connecticut's climate. A 2023 customer said Rob, one of the business owners, communicated throughout a job on a house the customer said was built in the 1800s: a new roof, new siding, the entire front porch redone, framing around the windows and new gutters. A 2023 customer said Rob Daniele oversaw a roof installation from consulting and estimating supplies to scheduling and delivery, and monitored the old roof removal and the new installation daily. A 2023 customer said they repaired rotted plywood and missing flashing without going up on the original estimate. A 2023 customer said they protected the landscaping during the roof work and cleaned up when they were done. A 2023 customer had a shed roof taken care of at a price that customer called reasonable. A recent customer says Integrity Roofing replaced their roof a few years back, and that the contractor who later cleaned the gutters found damage from an ice dam. That customer texted, filled out the contact form and called and left a voicemail over a week to a week and a half, and got no response at all.
Integrity Roofing replaced our roof a few years back. Rob and the team were great. However, the problem came after the install. This year I had the gutters cleaned and the contractor found damage from an ice dam. I tried to contact Integrity Roofing several times over a week/week and a half time frame to come take a look and let me know what needs to be done (texted, completed contact us form, called and left a voice mail). It was very disappointing to get no response at all. I don't plan to recommend the company any longer.
Great price and did all the work to repair rotted plywood and missing flashing without going up on their original estimate. Would highly recommend
Needed my shed roof taken care of and they did a great job at a reasonable price.
Top notch company did what they said they would do. Meet schedule, clean up was great. Owner supervision during job!! Received many compliments on how fast and neat they were, from the many walkers who walk by the house daily. Will use again. Robert is a go to guy!! Again Top Notch!!!
If you want a roofing company with integrity, definitely go with Integrity Roofing! They came right out, gave a fair estimate and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job on the roof all the while protecting my landscaping! They made sure to clean up after they were all done and the property looked just as good and clean as when they arrived! 100% recommend!
